Santa Fe

Santa Fe, New Mexico is more than a neighborhood or the capital city of New Mexico or even a destination. It is truly a place to experience as life changing. There are many guide books and tourist websites telling the story of my City Different. I will cut to the chase. If Santa Fe, New Mexico is unknown to you, then plan a visit. If you now know you must live here because you want to feel the way you feel here…all the time, then let’s begin a conversation.
It often takes time to move here. I first experienced Santa Fe in 1968 on a road trip West from Connecticut. I remember the dirt roads and the endless blue sky. After more visits in the mid-1970’s, I began to read Tony Hillerman novels and photograph the landscape. By the late 1980’s, Santa Fe was becoming a destination. My home on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. looked different with Navajo rugs, Hopi Kachinas and Pueblo pottery. My heart was here. Finally, in 1994, Santa Fe became my home.
